YPT Tours To South Asia

Our schedule of South Asia tours for 2024 and 2025 invites you to explore the often-overlooked corners of South Asia. With years of experience, we have organized many tours that showcase the charm of this region’s nestled between the massive Indian sub-continent and the Himalayan range.

We are proud to offer comprehensive tours to Sri Lanka, where we’ll ride some of the most beautiful train journeys in the world; or Bangladesh, one of the least visited countries in the world and massively underrated despite the presence of the enchanting canals of the Sundarbans – the world’s largest mangrove forest. In Bhutan, the Land of the Thunder Dragon, you’ll discover a kingdom that for centuries decided to stay hidden and is still limiting the number of visitors to preserve its Buddhist way of life. Nepal, on the other hand, opened to the world early – and became a tourism hotspot in 1970s – but can still be explored off the beaten tracks.

Group Tours To South Asia

YPT runs yearly group tours to Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal and Sri Lanka. They can be done independently or as combo tours, and link perfectly between each other as well as with our Tibet tours. Our trips have fully-packed itineraries allowing you to experience the best those countries have to offer in terms of natural and cultural diversity – all with YPT’s ethos of fun and good times!

In Sri Lanka, you’ll embark on scenic train journeys through lush landscapes and experience the island’s rich cultural heritage. In Bangladesh, you’ll discover the waterways of the Sundarbans, the world’s largest mangrove forest, and immerse yourself in the country’s unknown beauty, before flying to Bhutan, the secluded Buddhist kingdom. Your exploration will end in Nepal, where you’ll explore both the bustling cities and serene mountains.
