YPT are still planning to run their annual Pyongyang Amateur Golf Classic, for those interested in playing golf in the DPRK, or golf in North Korea if that makes more sense….
We ran our first competition in 2010, and whilst it was not the first time that people have played golf in North Korea, or even the first golf classic in the country, we did try to arrange it as the first one to have a little bit of state support.
This year 2012, we aim to be running the golf in North Korea thing again, and have already had quite a bit of interest in the affair.
